Clean Needle Program (CNP)

A Clean Needle Program is provided from our office in Warradale, South Australia  from Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. CNP is an important evidence based public health initiative that reduces the spread of blood borne viruses including HIV and hepatitis C among people who inject drugs and the wider community. The Clean Needle Program provides sterile injecting equipment, sharps disposal containers, waste disposal facilities, and information, education and referrals to people who inject drugs to reduce the risk of behaviours that lead to the transmission of blood borne viruses and other injecting related harms.
