Christmas Hours

Season's Greetings!

Warmest wishes for the season. Drug ARM has some changed operating hours over the Christmas period. They are as follows:

Counselling and support

Most Drug ARM services will close on Christmas Day and reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025. Some of our services may have an extended closure or will be providing limited support as many staff take leave during early January. Check in with your local service or call our Intake and Information team on 07 3620 8880. 

Intake

Our Intake and Information Line will be closed from 12pm AEST Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day. Our intake team will re-start taking calls from Thursday 2 January 2025 (operating business days, 9am to 4pm AEST).

Community Corrections

Our Community Corrections Counselling will take a short break throughout the Christmas period.

Outreach

Brisbane Night Services:  Closed from the night of Christmas Eve, 24 December 2024. Open from Friday 3 January 2025.

Brisbane Day Services: Closed from Christmas Eve, 24 December 2024. Open from Wednesday 22 January 2025.

Ipswich Night services: Closed from Friday 27 December 2024. Open from Friday 3 January 2025.

Ipswich Day Services: Closed from Thursday 9 January 2024. Open from Thursday 30 January 2025.

Gold Coast: Closed from Thursday 19 December 2024. Open from Wednesday 22 January 2025.

Mackay: Closed from Tuesday 24 December. Open from Thursday 2 January 2025.

Op Shops

Our Toowoomba Op Shop remains open, excluding public holidays. Our Kelvin Grove and Capalaba stores are closed from Christmas to New Years Day. Happy holiday shopping!
