SMART (Self Management and Recovery Training) Recovery is a group program which helps people address issues of dependency in relation to drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, food, shopping, Internet and others.
SMART Recovery’s 4-Point Program is covered in the support group with discussions on these topics:
Participants support each other to stay motivated, cope with urges, problem solve and build a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

This group assists people who are using substances and experiencing symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder.
The sessions focus on areas such as difficult thoughts and feelings, acceptance and mindfulness skills and personal values.
Explore is a psychosocial education group delivered in Queensland Correctional Centres and Community Corrections.
The sessions focus on alcohol and other drug awareness, relapse prevention, coping strategies and motivation for change.
Enrolment to Explore Group is managed by Queensland Corrective Services.
